Ordering

Step 1

Select your jewellery, and choose your preference of gold or silver, enter the details of personalisation, we suggest name and a date upto 20 characters. We do not machine engrave, all engraving on products are hand chased by our experienced and skilled hand engravers. When we receive your order, we will dispatch an ordering pack out to you by 1st Class post.

Step 2

Your ordering kit will contain a small scoop and pouch, there are instructions on what we require, and it’s a very simple process. We include an envelope to return your ordering kit directly to us.

If you prefer, you are more than welcome to visit our retail premises where this process takes place, where we will with great care and respect handle the ashes on your behalf.

Step 3

Each piece of jewellery is individually hand crafted and hand finished in either Silver or Gold, hallmarked and registered with the London Assay office.

We utilise very traditional Goldsmiths methods, including the hand engraving for any personalisation requested. Consequently each item is a unique piece of jewellery, no two pieces are identical.

This process takes around 3-4 weeks to complete your order. We will contact you by email to inform you of when we will be dispatching you item, and it will be sent fully insured with next day delivery.
